(3) The declaration may be made by: (a) an authorized officer who is an officer of the Australian Government; or (b) an officer of the Australian Defense Force (within the meaning given by The National Defense Act). (4) A person may require the person's signature, in a document submitted to the Registrar under section 6 of the Citizenship Act, by any of the Mentioned persons as well as by an authorized officer. (5) A declaration made under this section may be revoked or amended by an authorised Officer at any time.
